講者將在本節介紹校本的跨學科主題閱讀計畫。每年學校都會訂定一個新主題，學校圖書館主任和學科老師就主題設計相關的閱讀活動和配套課業。學生須參與一系列跨組別的「閱讀活動」，完成有關的工作紙，並編制閱讀歷程檔案。講者將跟與會者分享推行這個計畫的理念、成效及發展方向。
A Cross-curricular Theme-based Reading Programme
This presentation aims at sharing a cross-curricular theme-based reading programme. According to the theme set by the school each year, the teacher librarian and subject teachers design related reading activities and assignments. Students participate in a series of cross-curricular reading activities, complete related worksheets and compile their own reading portfolio. The speaker will share the rationale and results of the programme, as well as plans for the future.
