本資源為一有關性教育的節目，節目名稱為「青少年的轉變」，收錄了相關青春期的短片及小組討論內容。節目簡介青春期的身體變化、青春期男女遇到的煩惱 及青春期衛生的必要措施。

教師可與學生閒談，請學生說出中學同學體形外表與小學同學的主要分別，引導他們說出中一時期同學們身高突增和男女同學間的生長速度差異，引起學生對青春期身體變化的注意，然後著學生留心觀看節目。 之後教師可利用節目內容與學生就有關青春期生理及心理變化作討論。

The video of this resource is developed by Science Education Section of CDI related to sex education. The video is divided into two parts; the first part is a story which deals with the physiological changes, problems and advice on hygiene in puberty and the second part is a discussion among young people about issues related to puberty.
Learning Objectives:
Students should be able to acquire some knowledge about
the definition of puberty the body changes in puberty primary and secondary sexual characteristics of male and female the advice on hygiene in puberty
Teaching Suggestions:
Before viewing the programme, teachers may ask students to list the differences between the body figure of primary school students and secondary school students. Teachers may lead the discussion and make students recognize that time for the growth spurt of male and female to occur differs. The discussion allows students to recognize the changes of the body figure during puberty. After the video show, teachers may discuss the physiological and psychological changes of young people during puberty with students.
